IPhone 5 Screen Replacement

What's going on guys? Bendji D. here from Get Fixed and today I'll be showing you how to do an IPhone 5 screen replacement. Make sure the device is turned off to prevent any shortages. The tools needed for this repair will be linked in the description below.

The tools needed for this repair:
A prying tool, pentalobe screwdriver, and a Phillips screwdriver. Let's get started

Step 1. Locate the two screws on both sides of the charging port, use the pentalobe screwdriver to remove them.

Step 2. Take a blade, insert it between the crevice of the IPhones housing and Digitizer to pop out a portion of the screen in order to get your prying tool in there.

Step 3. Once opened, be very careful not to bend the screen back past 90 degree or else you'll risk ripping the flex cable. It shouldn’t be that big of a deal since you are replacing the screen anyways. Locate the metal shield covering the connections for the camera, LCD, and Digitizer. You will need to remove the three screws holding down the shield in order to access those connections. Once accessible, use something nonmetal like your prying tool to disconnect the camera, LCD, and Digitizer.

Step 4. Transfer the camera from your old broken screen onto the replacement screen. Proceed by connecting the Digitizer, LCD, and camera back onto the motherboard. You'll know it's properly connected when you feel the connections clip into place.

Step 5. Screw the metal shield back on, align the screen and push it back into the housing making sure the screen does not protrude past the aluminum housing.

At the end of every video I do this thing called roll call where I shout out my top 5 most recent subscribers. If you would like a shout out in the next video, then you already know what to do. Roll call please. I may not even make it through these names before I die from exhaustion but let’s try it anyways. Raquel Manigault, Kushal Chandi, Tania Clermont, Charles Picton, TheSpikeyCantaloupe.

Last and definitely least because there aren't any more steps after this, take the pentalobes screws and screw them back into the base of the IPhone to prevent screen from coming out when dropped. And that should be it. Have any questions? Leave it in the comments below and I’ll be sure to assist you.

Anyways guys, Bendji D. here from Get Fixed and I'm out. See you in the next one. Peace!

What's going on guys? Bendji D. Here from Get Fixed and today's review is on the Canon EOS Rebel T3I. After three seconds of using this device, I was immediately intrigued by it. This was a major upgrade for me in terms of specification. My previous camera, the Nikon D3000 did pretty well in terms of taking pictures. With its 12 mega pixel sensor, the images come out quite sharp. But I knew I needed an upgrade. This camera is at least 10 years old, I know this because my dad gave it to me. To make matters worse, it does not record videos which is the main reason I wanted a camera.

The Canon EOS Rebel T3I comes with a 18-55 millimeter stock lens, which also comes with a built in image stabilizer to reduce the shaky handheld effect. I wouldn't recommend using the stabilizer on the stock lens because it is very hard to pinpoint the difference when the stabilizer is turned on.

The T3I contains a CMOS sensor which stands for Complementary Metal Oxide Silicon. It is ten times less sensitive than the CCD sensor. I know many people say the size of the sensor does not matter too much in terms of getting great quality images, but I still think the pixel counts plays a big role in sharpness.
Here are some sample videos I took with the Canon T3I.
I am currently using this and the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus to record these videos, all I need now is good lighting. If you would like to see part two to this review where I show you the best settings to get great quality images no matter where you are, be sure to click the subscribe button and ill see you next week.
Any ways guys, Bendji D. Here from GET FIXED and I'm out. Peace.

IPad 4th Generation Screen Replacement.

What's going on guys? Bendji D. here from Get Fixed and today I'll be showing you how to perform a proper screen replacement for the IPad 4th Generation. Here are the tools needed in order to do this.

Tools needed for repair:

- Suction Cup

- Prying Tool

- A Blade

- Phillips screwdriver

- A second prying tool
(I'll explain what that's for later)

- Heat gun of some sort

If you're in need of some great looking tools to get the job done, click here.

Step 1. Take a heat gun or blow dryer. If you're allergic to being patient then I recommend setting the heat gun on high. Pick a portion of the screen you feel comfortable starting with and begin heating it. You'll need to do this until the Digitizer becomes too hot to touch.

Step 2. Take the blade, gently slip it in between the housing of the IPad and screen. Continue by working the blade through the adhesive as you heat the screen, making it easier to pry open. Take the second prying tool I mentioned earlier, use it to prevent the Digitizer from bonding back with the adhesive. Avoid cutting into the antenna when you reach the base of the IPad. Patients plays a key role at this point.

Step 3. Set the Digitizer to the side to avoid any unnecessary tugging on the flex cable. Now take the plus head screwdriver, locate the home button on your screen and remove the two screws behind it. Slowly peel off the home buttons flex cable from the glass. Careful not to rip it or else you will have to buy a new one in order for the button to work.

Step 4. I know it's not a corner but I don't know what else to call it sooo. In every corner of the IPad should be a total of 4 screws, you will need to remove them in order to access the connection of the digitizer on the motherboard. Once these screws are removed, gently remove the LCD from the housing of the IPad. Try not to touch the LCD as I did because it's a fingerprint magnet, and trust me, it's a pain to get off.

Step 5. Locate the flex cable connected to the digitizer, find where it's connected to on the motherboard and gently disconnect it. Take the replacement screen you bought, you can find these for about $15-$30 on sites like eBay or Amazon. Connect the replacement screen / Digitizer back into the motherboard, and place the LCD back in place.

Step 6. Transfer the home button onto the new screen and screw the cable back into place. Hopefully the screen you bought came with adhesive strips to stick the screen back on, but if it didn't, try using the adhesive on the old broken screen. That worked for me. Once the adhesive has been applied, the only thing you need to do now is stick the screen back into place.

Top 6 things to expect on the IPhone 6s

What's going on guys? Bendji D. here from Get Fixed and today we're talking Top 6.
Here are 6 things that maybe on the upcoming IPhone 6s.

6. Force touch. This allows the phone to tell the difference someone tapping vs pressing the phones Digitizer. If this function does indeed exist within the IPhone 6s, then you’ll be able to dictate what pressing the Phones screen will do. An example of force touch is having the ability to activate the turn-by-turn navigation on the GPS simply by pressing on your desired destination.

5. 4k Camera.
Rumor has it that the IPhone 6s will have a 12MP camera, therefore will be able to record in stunning 4k resolution. The IPhones are known to have some of the best cameras even at 8MP so hey. Let see what you could do in 4k bud. Let's go. Bendji did you just say 4k? You know what? F*ck this sh*t. I quit. I'ma use this phone to be the next Steven Spielberg and shoot a movie. E.T. go home. Uhm, Okay? That's fine with me chad, I was looking for a way to fire you anyways. All you do is sit in the studio and eat my chips. At this point I don't even know why I pay you anymore. All you do is watch me watch you watch me. Watch you. Logic! I don't know about you but, i'm thinking shooting a movie this summer. Who's with me? No? Okay.

4. Faster Touch Id.
The touch id fingerprint scanner will be 30% faster. This change maybe done as a way to improve Apple Pay.

3. Shorter Battery Life.
This is something that should be expected, considering all these major updates that are being done to this phone. The greater the updates, the more sacrifices that gotta be made.

2. No more Bendgate.
If you're familiar with Bendgate then you know that there were a few instances where people experienced the IPhone 6 bend near the volume rocker when placed in there back pocket. Who puts a phone in there? Whatever. This housing is made of a more durable, strong material. It is thickened where the bending occurred.

1. 2GB of RAM from the new A9 chip.
That's right. It's an update from the 1GB of RAM 64 bit A8 chip we previously had on the IPhone 6.
Someone got mad last week when I said the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus has faster processing speeds do to the upgrade of RAM, calling me an idiot and informing me that it has 4Gigs of RAM, which is something I was already aware of. You do realize upgrading the RAM means the phone processes faster right. Ok whatever but I'll except the fact that I'm the idiot.

What's going on guys? Bendji D. here from Get Fixed and today we're talking top 6. Here are the 6 richest countries in the world.

Number 6. The United states. Considering it's the biggest in population compared to the rest of the countries on this list, it's very surprising that the U.S has $47,083 in capita with a staggering population of over 310 million inhabitants.

Number 5. Singapore. With a population of about 5.3 million and counting, Singapore is best known for it's financial services and exporting chemicals. Singapore has a capita of $56,797, that's no surprise considering that Singapore exported near 414 billion dollars worth of goods in the year 2011 alone.

Number 4. Horhay. Doorway. No, it's Norway. Population 5 million. Norway is known for exporting majority of the worlds oil, it is now at about $815 billion dollars in oil fund. They literally have so much money that the government struggles to figure out what to do with it all. Hey right me a check for $80 billion dollars and that'll solve 4% of your problems while fixing some of mine.

Number 3. United Arab Of Emirates. $59,890 Per capita at an estimated population of 9.3 million.
I don't know about you but I'm thinking a Lamborghini every year for my birthday. No matter where you look, you'll see buildings sculptured like the finest arts, they have so much beauty there I'm starting to think they've made ugly things against the law.

Number 2. Luxembourg. Yo, 543,000 residence are currently enjoying all of this glory. Really. In Luxembourg the streets are paved of gold. Not really but let's act like it is for the purpose of this countdown. Luxembourg has sites so beautiful, it'll make you think America is a third world country.
This country get's most of it's revenue from dynamic industrial and its steel sector.

Number 1. Qatar.

How To Kiss / How To Kiss A Girl

YouTube Tech Channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCUolAJq4DCUHiGdJOHTLBUQ

You can sense how a girl feels by reading her body language. Does she tend to laugh at your jokes more than others even when you don't think what you said was all that funny? Does she look at you different from any other girls you hang around. When speaking to her, does she look for an excuse such as laughing during a conversation to reach out and touch your shoulders or chest? If you answered yes to any of the previous questions then there's a great possibility that she likes you.

First - Understanding Body Language

Body language tells you more about someone than the person will reveal about them self. You can tell whether someone is shy, uncomfortable, confident, or even likes you through combinations of body language.

When speaking are you getting great eye contact or is she looking at her phone 90% of the time?
Does she contribute to the conversation or are you the one doing all the heavy lifting during your interaction? These are the things you have to pay attention to in order to decipher whether she is interest in your or does she just see you as a friend. Once you have determined that the one you are seeking is interested in you in terms of more than just being friends, now you can go about how to kiss the person of your choosing.

When Is The Right Time To Kiss Her?

This is something you will have to determine on your perception of  the kind of vibe you get from her. Study how her body language and the way she acts changes when speaking to you versus when talking to a friend. If you there's a clear contrast between that then son it's time that you grow up and become a man.

1. The right environment - Do you see her in art class, maybe you're on a picnic date in beautiful nature. What ever the case maybe, it'll all vary based on where you resign. In science class it may be a bit tougher, you don't want the whole class to see you guys kiss, especially if the odds of it being awkward is high. There is a such thing as having too much privacy. You don't wanna kiss her while sitting on the couch or even your bed cause things can turn more intimate and physical than you initially intended it to. Pick somewhere public with little to no people around.
