Cyanogen Plans To Kill Off Goggle For Good With MOD Platform

CyanogenMod is a custom version of the Android operating system. It's here to offer a 'better' version than Google can provide, with more features and more control for the hardcore user. It may sound a lot like one of those custom interfaces you get with phones like the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus.

Why Cyanogen?
Because it allows you to customize and change the theme of your apps, lock screen, and over all theme of the phone.

in conclusion:
Cyanogen is basically planing to pry the Androids operating system from the great giant (Googles grip).

More news on this topic coming soon, in a random blog post near you......

January 1, 1970 iPhone Glitch. What is it? & How Do I Repair This Issue?

January 1, 1970: What is it?
So, there is a rumor/'prank' going around that if you change the date on your iPhone
6, or 6s to January 1st 1970... It will brick your phone.
Turns out this rumor is true. I have an iPhone 6 that I tried it on. After scrolling all
the way back to January 1st 1970, I turned off the phone... and all it would do is power
cycle when I turned it back on.
It would stay on the apple logo for a few minutes, then turn off, turn back on... and
stay stuck in the boot loop forever.

Now... you'd have to be pretty silly to intentionally cause damage to an expensive cell phone...
BUT if you or someone else you know has accidentally fallen for this prank, there is a way to fix
it.

How To Fix It:

Method 1:
did not get much feedback from the last video I made about how to get unstuck from the Apple boot loop logo. I assume the instructions may have been a bit unclear. This one's a completely different method.

If you've backed up the device then great, if not, I recommend backing up your
device from this day forward (on a monthly bases) to prevent data loss in the
future.
Disclaimer: I am in no way responsible for any loss of data, this article is meant
to inform. You will loose all the data on the device
after restoring your iPhone, iPod, or iPad.

Let's get started. All you'll need for this
method is a computer that has access to iTunes and your charger.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Step 1. Make sure your device is completely turned off and connected to the PC.
Step 2. Hold the power and home button at the same
time and keep holding it until the Apple logo lights up.
Once the Apple logo goes away it will seem like the device is turned off.
Immediately let go of the power button while still holding the home button

Step 3. After about seven seconds of holding the home button, your computer
will tell you
"iTunes has detected your device is in recovery mode" even though the screen
on your iPhone, iPod, and iPad is "Turned Off."

Step 4. Click OK on your computer then hit restore on iTunes.
And that should be it. If this helped you in any way, be sure to give it a
thumbs up. Got any questions or suggestions for a future
blog post? leave it in the comments below. If you'd like to see anymore videos of this nature, be sure to click the  button, and I'll see you in the next one. You may also find some of these repair videos helpful, so definitely checkout the phone repair playlist:

Anyways guys. Bendji D. here from Get Fixed and I'm out. Peace.

Method 2:
A simple unplugging of the battery will correct this software issue. If that is not
Once the battery has been unplugged from the frozen device, the date and time will automatically reset, giving you full access to your phone again.

To remove the battery, there are 2
small Pentalobe screws at the bottom. Then you need to GENTLY lift the screen away from
the device. It helps if you have a little suction cup to help lift up. Then there are
2 more screws holding down the battery connection. Pop that off with a plastic pry tool. Wait
Once that is finished, put everything back where it belongs, and your phone is as good
as new.

In conclusion

The next time you need to time travel...better get an android.
I hope this video was helpful! Share this video with anyone who might be effected by
the glitch. Thank you for subscribing! I hope to see you around.

Car Insurance Explained, & What to Do After a Car Accident!

Car Insurance Explained, & What to Do After a Car Accident!

YouTube Transcript:

0:00
hey let's talk car insurance what is car insurance well I'll tell you
0:20
car insurance protects you from a huge financial loss basically you pay a
0:24
premium monthly usually to your insurance company and an exchange if you
0:28
get into a wreck the insurance company will help you cover your losses car
0:32
insurance includes three different types of coverage number one property which
0:36
will pay if your car is stolen or damaged to liability which pays for
0:41
legal obligations to others for bodily injury or property damage and number
0:45
three medical which pays for hospital bills rehabilitation and sometimes lost
0:50
wages or funeral expenses
0:52
part 2 money matters so how much coverage should you get well that
0:56
depends on different things such as your car's value whether you own the car
1:00
outright and how much in damages you can afford to cover out of pocket on your
1:04
own naturally your monthly premium will vary depending on the amount of coverage
1:08
like for instance it costs more to ensure the echo mobiel than it does to
1:13
say cover Mr Bean's little mustard yellow car festival in the world kid and
1:18
don't you forget it very important no just because you pay premium that
1:21
doesn't mean you'll pay nothing when you get into a wreck most likely you'll have
1:25
something called a deductible the deductible is the amount of money that
1:28
you have to pay for your insurance starts kicking in so let's say you total
1:33
your $5,000 car in Iraq and your deductible is $1000 that means that you
1:40
are going to pay the first thousand dollars to get your car replaced and
1:43
your insurance will pay the remaining four thousand in the good old USofA
1:47
nearly all states require that you have car insurance if you're going to own or
1:51
drive a car so it's super important to get it also the remaining states still
1:55
require that you've proved that you could afford to cover all damages if you
1:59
get into a wreck so basically for the privilege of not paying a monthly
2:04
premium on insurance your gambling potentially hundreds of thousands of
2:08
dollars if not more so we would say crowd get insured
2:13
blogger blog 13 how to get insured is actually really simple you can get
2:19
quotes online or over the phone very quickly from dozens of competitors
2:23
insurance company will need a bit of information about you and your card also
2:27
likely run a credit report and look up your accident history once you get a
2:31
quote you like to start paying premiums and they will send you your insurance
2:35
card which he should keep with your car at all times how come my I'll tell you
2:39
how come because part for a colossal wreck boundless and bare vs the first
2:46
person to tell me what that quote is from in the comments
2:48
is officially an awesome adult step 1 post accident if you can get your car
2:54
and your self off the road and into someplace safe if you cannot move your
2:58
car and leave it there but make sure you get out of the dangerous situation your
3:02
insurance company will pay to get a tow truck to take your car away either way
3:06
though put on your hazards if you have any of those reflect her eyes triangles
3:10
be sure to put those out if you have one of those road flares careful cause the
3:14
burn you they're not just like fun with their not a glow stick for crying out
3:17
loud to learn his lesson the hard way this guy lot of raids in the nineties
3:22
none of this was true
3:23
next wrangle up 1.5 this might be slightly uncomfortable but do not offer
3:27
any apologies or explanations for what caused the wreck they can be used
3:31
against you in future legal proceedings step 2 should you call the police
3:35
we recommend that you do admittedly it is not illegal to not call the police
3:39
but to quote you as News and World Report's even if no one is hurt if
3:43
there's real damage insurance companies will soon do battle it's a good idea to
3:46
call 911
3:48
that's the recommendation from the federal government's website 911 dot gov
3:51
which recommends calling after a car crash especially if someone is injured
3:55
if you call 911 or your local precincts in bringing a neutral third party to
3:59
document the accident you'll be doing yourself a favor
4:01
it's true that it might take a little while for the police to get there if you
4:04
live in a big city or they're just like super busy that day but still we
4:08
recommend erring on the side of caution and calling them and either way you're
4:11
going to have to file an accident report to the police more info in the new
4:16
leader to step 3 daughter the other driver's information and volunteer your
4:19
own
4:20
write down these things and if you call the police you get their phone number of
4:24
their badge number there
4:25
named the number of the police report and request a copy of the police report
4:29
having all this info will save you a lot of headaches in step 4 file a claim
4:34
after this he has cleared call your insurance company immediately to start
4:37
the claims process your insurance card should have a 24 hour phone number on
4:41
the back of it and your insurance agent should call you within one business day
4:45
to help you with the claim your insurance agent should also be able to
4:48
help you basically every step of the way throughout the process after an accident
4:52
that you are deemed responsible for it's possible that your premiums are going to
4:56
go up that's because the insurance company sees you as a riskier
4:59
investments however this is not for certain because a lot of different
5:04
companies have different policies on rate increases so just know that it
5:07
might vary a lot of people driving is a big part of adulthood and it is a huge
5:11
responsibility basically you're piloting a two-time missiles so drive sober put
5:17
down your phone and maintain legal speed limits that way you'll be avoiding the
5:21
three most common causes of accidents I speak for everyone here at how to adult
5:25
when I say you guys are awesome so please be safe please be safe I love you
